each are individually detailed below. Please read these policies as they are the foundation of our business that allows us
to offer our products at extremely affordable prices, and all customer request fulfillments will be bound by all of the following

Sales
All sales are subject to
on hand availability. If we are out of stock on an item when you order, we will contact you to see if you would rather cancel
the transaction or make a substitution on your order. We only process payments only if an order is fulfilled. All credit card
orders are processed by BikerSteel.Com & Grateful Glenn’s Custom Designs.
Privacy
Policy
BikerSteel.Com does collect personal information for the sole purpose of fulfilling individual order requests.
Your private information is never sold, shared, or otherwise provided to any other institution or party for any reason what
so ever. Credit card information is collected using a SSL-128 bit encrypted *Secure* server, and all information is then deleted
once the transaction has been completed.
Warranty Information
All
Microtech knives come with original box, warranty, and all paperwork unless stated otherwise in the item description. All
Protech knives come with original box, warranty, and all paperwork unless otherwise stated in item description. All
other Italian handcrafted spring-steel from such world reknown makers as F. lli Beltrame, Armando Beltrame, AGA Campolin,
Renzo Beltrame, Guido Octavio Massaro, AKC, SKM knives are sold as new, with no associated warranty coverage…There
is no warranty on any knock off, copied or clone auto or fixed blade knives...these item's are sold as is...
Legal Issues
It
is the buyers responsibility to note that not all of the items featured on this website are legal in all states and municipalities
within the United States of America. It
is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and abide by all Local, State, and Federal laws concerning these items. Your
purchase of merchandise from BikerSteel.Com, whether it be by phone, by snail mail, e-mail or in person, or online via the
internet through the website, legally binds you and your heirs, assigns, tranferee’s, and personal representatives as
follows: You certify that you are of legal age to purchase the merchandise ordered and that the merchandise purchased is legal
to own and purchase in the municipality/district/county/and state in which you reside. By offering merchandise for sale, BikerSteel.Com
does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess the merchandise ordered. When
you purchase merchandise from BikerSteel.Com, you agree to assume all risks associated with and/or arising from your ownership
and use of the merchandise, and agree to indemnify and hold BikerSteel.Com harmless from any and all claims brought by any
person or entity against BikerSteel.Com related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the merchandise.
You must be at least 21 years
of age to make purchases from BikerSteel.Com. Buyer must abide by all local, state and federal laws concerning the ownership
of such items...Seller cannot be held responsible for misuse after purchase...Furthermore, the act of placing any order with
BikerSteel.Com will signify that you have read and understand this agreement and accept, and comply & abide by each of
the terms presented herein.
Returns
Returns must be received within 10 days
of the invoice date, in original factory packaging with all factory paperwork, in unblemished, re-sellable condition, and
must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and refunds will be
issued either in the form of a credit to your card, or cash refund depending upon the order's original method of payment.
BikerSteel.Com is not responsible for returns that are not received by us, so please ship your return merchandise in a manner

cannot be returned or exchanged, and are sold as is.
Exchanges
Should
you wish to make an exchange, the exchange request must be received within 12 days of the original invoice date. Items
sent for exchange must be in as sold/new condition, and re-sellable with original factory packaging and paperwork, and you
must also include a copy of your original invoice. Exchanges are credited at the item cost plus $6.99 for the return shipment.
Limit one exchange per initial order.
Note: Any
and all special-order items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged (here is an example, a Special Order item would be
an item such as a Limited Edition collectable piece.
Defective Merchandise
Although BikerSteel.Com
does not knowingly or intentionally ship any merchandise that is defective, there may be times when a defective item slips
through, and possibly passed on to the customer. If you do by chance ever receive an item you believe to be defective, please
contact us at our email address first, so you can describe what you believe to be the defect and we can take care of it in
a timely manor. If the item is truly defective, you must re-package the item in its original factory boxing with any accompanying
paperwork and accessories and ship the item, along with a copy of your original invoice, to:

Include a brief note with your return detailing what you
believe is defective about the item in question. Upon receipt and inspection of the return, if it is determined that the item
is defective, you will be shipped a replacement and will be reimbursed for your shipping cost. If the item is determined not
to be defective, you will be contacted about its disposition. Note: If you decide to return the item for credit, the 15% restocking
fee will apply.
Shipping
It is also the customer's responsibility to provide
a physical address at which an order can be legally delivered, and the customer is responsible for the receipt of their shipment.
No Post Office Box's please, physical address's only.. All order requests are processed in the order in which they are
received, and normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. Normal order delivery time is 3 - 7 days, depending upon your
location. Expedited shipping may be requested through email; and we will do our very best to comply with any and all expedited
shipping requests.

the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is of legal age for purchase and in compliance with all applicable federal, state
and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of these item. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify
and hold harmless Grateful Glenn’s Custom Designs & BikerSteel.Com and any of it's assignees for all claims resulting
directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership and use or misuse of the item in violation of federal state and local
laws or regulations.
